R-VF This new design e liquid filling machine is the third generation type, with function of all fully automatic bottle sorting, feeding, stoppering, dropper tips and eye droppers placing system, servo control torqueing with feedback protection system for cap sealing,  engineered to perform multiple tasks within a compact design. It adopts high quality peristaltic pump or high precision volumetric pump as filling system, PLC and touch screen control system, free adjustment for the filling range from 5ml to 30ml. An optional ejuice labeling machine and cartoning machine and shrink wrapping machine can also be incorporated in the filling line.

Application:

This monoblock is especially design and used in filling and packing solution for e-cig industrial which can fill e liquid , ejuice, CBD oil, hemp oil, PG, VG, flavor liquid, vapor oil in amber glass dropper bottles or plastic eye dropper bottles.
